Mentee Position Description:

• A mentee helps identify the goals that she wants to work on and communicates them
to her mentor and Lead Mentee Advisor.
• A mentee takes advantage of opportunities to build a mutual relationship with her
mentor.
• Be open to spiritual growth and development.
• Be eager and open to learning and teaching.
• Be respectful of their mentor’s role and time.
• Commit to meeting with your mentor on a regular basis and help establish how and
when those meetings will take place.
• Maintain effective communication skills with your mentor (i.e., phone, text, email).
